Art Class with Karen is held the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month at 3:00 p.m.
Karen has her undergrad degree in Art Education, K-12, and her graduate degree in teaching kids with special needs and counseling. Karen taught all levels of art, K-12, for 45 years. She was also the art director in the Adirondacks.
Karen’s philosophy of art education is “Inner disciplinary art education”. Art lessons typically include some history or a lesson, and incorporate different cultures, stories, legends, history, or science.
