Readers Just Like Me

Our Readers Just Like Me program will reach out to readers just like you and me from around the world, both near and far, to have them share reviews of some of their favorite children’s books and young adult titles in the hope that you might discover you like their favorite books too. We’ll learn about more than the books though. We’ll learn a little about our reading friends from around the world and a little something about where they live too.

Did you notice I said we would be reaching out to readers near and far? That means members of the Prattsburg Free Library community, both young and old, you for instance, will have a chance to submit a review of your favorite book too! All you have to do is borrow a book from the library, it can be an ebook, an audio book or a traditional book, read it and write a paragraph or two about the book. Try to explain how the book affected you. Did it make you sad? Happy? Did it make you think? Tell us a little about the characters, were they likable? Could you relate to any of the characters? What was the story about? Where and when did it take place? Make sure you don’t give away the ending though! Also, remember that you can always come to the library to get some help. You can send your submission by clicking the link to the right or right clicking the link and selecting copy email address and pasting it in your mail client. Prattsburg Free Library book review
